A long time ago, in a bar not so far away, one of those fabulous drunkards of Dead Baby Bikes hatched a plan to have some fun, act a little, and ride bikes on film, maybe even launch a few film careers if we're not careful. And the DB Rider project was born.
The plan is to remake Easy Rider with bicycles instead of motorcycles, and Southland toward hippie angst replaced with driver hatred of the cyclist. Filming began in December 2005 and will hopefully be done by Race Day 2006, but we won't stress about that. Yes, no stress. Only a little over 2 years now...
